Guardian has an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician to join our experienced and committed team at McCoy Village! McCoy Village is an affordable apartment community in Portland, OR with 55 units. The Maintenance Technician's primary role will be to support the Community Managers by ensuring site safety and completion of required property maintenance necessary to maintain excellent curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the properties on a scheduled basis. This will include prioritizing and processing work orders which may include both urgent and routine maintenance of property and apartment units. This position is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is done in compliance with OSHA regulations, and Guardian policies and procedures. A Maintenance Technician is also responsible for coordinating with other property staff and vendors to provide outstanding customer service to the residents, provide well-timed and proactive property maintenance, safeguard the good financial health and stability of the properties, and complete all required paperwork and reports on time. For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced, flexible, and hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative. Must have a minimum of one year of experience in property maintenance, building engineering or a related field. Must own or have access to a properly insured vehicle for use in business transportation needs, as well as maintain valid driver's license and insurance. Renewable Gas Field Service Technician Job Type: Full-Time Location: Enterprise, AL Position Summary: The Renewable Gas Field Service Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting renewable gas systems and associated equipment across multiple facilities. This role requires a high degree of physical mobility and the ability to respond quickly and decisively to equipment malfunctions, safety risks, and hazardous conditions—including those caused by severe weather events. The technician must be prepared to travel between sites at short notice and maintain site safety and operational continuity during critical incidents. Minimum Qualifications:  4 years of experience with industrial equipment  2 years of experience in industrial maintenance  Valid U.S. work authorization  High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)  Valid Driver’s License Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Operate and monitor renewable gas compression and decompression facilities, including rotating equipment, gas monitoring and metering systems, compressors, and gas delivery systems.  Troubleshoot equipment failures and malfunctions to determine root cause; perform repairs, maintenance, or replacement of components.  Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, including pumps and compressors.  Maintain, modify, and repair instrumentation and control equipment (e.g., recorders, flowmeters, analyzers, and other monitoring tools).  Serve as the lead on-site technician, coordinating operational and maintenance activities.  Record and analyze operational data; provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trends, availability, and production.  Collect samples for quality testing and maintain accurate compliance records.  Maintain a clean and organized working environment at all facilities.  Assist with process control improvements to enhance operational efficiency.  Respond swiftly to urgent operational issues, including gas leaks, mechanical failures, or extreme weather-related disruptions, to ensure safety and system integrity.  Other duties and project assignments as directed. Need a vinyl fencing installer with proper tools and a car. Experience is a must. You should be able to install fencing on the concrete or soil. As well as be able to install toppers on the existing brick or cinder block walls. Experience in installing vinyl doors. This is not a full time job. Probably one or two days a week. And my schedule is flexible.
