Description This position is in Smyrna, TN and we are looking for Warehouse Case Pickers! Benefits include weekly paychecks, health/dental insurance, and much more. This is a full-time warehouse opportunity available for the following shift(s): • 1st shift - 5:00 am - 1:00 pm (some overtime on separate days may be required) • 2nd shift - 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm (some overtime on separate days may be required) • 3rd shift - 9:00 pm - 5:00am (some overtime on separate days may be required) Perks & Benefits • Weekly paychecks • Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options • Medical / Dental Insurance • $19.00 - $21.00 / Hour Employment Type & Shifts • Temp to Hire • Full Time • Long Term • 1st Shift • 2nd Shift • 3rd Shift Job Responsibilities • Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment. • Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. • Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards. • Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers. • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances. • Assist in physical inventories. • Ensure proper stock rotation. • Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely. • Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance. • Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process. • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. • Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Previous Forklift or Walkie Rider Experience • Able to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Associate Requirements • HS Diploma or GED • Background Check • Drug Test • Must be at least 18 years old • Able to Lift 50 pounds We look forward to you joining our team!
