SharePosition Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Supervisor / Foreman to lead crews on commercial projects throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams and projects effectively from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites • Manage and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans • Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and field workers • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized jobsite • Track progress and report issues or delays to upper management Qualifications: • Experience as a Foreman or Construction Supervisor • Strong knowledge commercial construction practices • Ability to read blueprints and layout tasks accordingly • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Compensation & Benefits: • Bi-weekly pay • Long-term, stable work with opportunity for advancement • Supportive team environment with experienced tradespeople
