We are looking for an over-night baker to join our team. The hours for this job are 8 pm until around 4 am, when the baking and clean up is finished. Applicant will need to be able to lift and fill 50+ pound bags of seeds and flours and such. Applicant must be able to operate a hot oven, on their feet for a full shift. After the baking is finished, employee will be responsible for cleaning up the space and equipment to the highest standards. No experience necessary, we will train you! Experience working 3rd shift hours is very helpful Experience working in a commercial kitchen is also helpful the ability to operate a full shift without supervision and hold to standards of quality and cleanliness Understanding of Food Safety Principles This is a very hot, hard working job, but it can be incredibly rewarding to the right person.
