Performs administrative duties to ensure efficient operation of the Engineering, Housekeeping and Landscaping Departments. Maintains accurate records of operations. Coordinates purchasing for the Departments. Assists with scheduling and payroll. Coordinates interdepartmental communications. Meets and exceeds Owner/Guest expectations by providing excellent service and Aloha Spirit with every interaction. Assists Departments as requested. The successful candidate should have previous administrative experience, detailed Microsoft Office knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills.
