We are small family-run restaurants located in the charming Rockridge neighborhood and on vibrant Piedmont Ave in Oakland, specializing in northern Italian food. We are known for our fresh hand-made artisanal pasta that's built up a following in the east bay! Currently we are looking for an individual who is open to be cross-trained for multiple roles in the restaurant (barback/busser/host/server) The ideal individual will have 20-35 hr/week (4-6 shifts/week)and would need to have the below characteristics: 1) energetic, reliable, friendly, and a quick learner 2) minimum 1 yr of restaurant experience in similar roles 3) flexible schedule that can accommodate a combination of AM and PM shifts throughout the week. Mon-Thur evening open a MUST. 4) experience with POS (Toast or any tablet-based system) 5) team-orientated and self-motivating go getter, quick learner and can take constructive feedback 6) able to react fast and remain calm and composed under fast-paced environment. 7) RBS CURRENT CERTIFICATION.
