We serve people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We are currently looking for a fun and energetic, yet calm person to work with our day services program. This will be in an in-office and community-based setting as needed. Basic computer/online experience preferred. This is a full-time position. AMJaMB Beyond Inclusion employees are here to assist as needed, the individuals that we support, with whatever their needs may be. As an Individual Focus Direct Support Professionals (DSP-IF), you will provide specialized supports designed to meet the unique needs of someone with intellectual and developmental disabilities in need of transitional supports. You will assist in the development of support plans, implementing those plans, and working with other team members to ensure their success. You will also work together on household chores, cooking, attending medical appointments, and running errands. She needs substantial assistance with showering, dressing, taking medications, shopping and cooking, physical therapy, and using adaptive equipment. You'll work two shifts per week totaling 42 hours: 8pm on Monday to 5pm on Tuesday and 4pm on Wednesday to 1pm on Thursday.. *You’ll also work your regular hours on Agency holidays.
