Farmers Market Wine Sales Rep - $200/day+Bonuses (Part-time, Weekends) (Oakland/Walnut Creek)

Dancing Crow Vineyards needs personable, passionate, and high energy people to represent our award-winning artisan and natural wines at Bay Area Farmers Markets! No wine industry experience necessary, we provide comprehensive training and on-going development. This isn't your average part-time job – it's an opportunity to create community, and build lasting relationships with customers & vendors alike. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • You'll create a vibrant wine tasting experience under the open sky at Farmers Markets • Pour samples and educate customers about our wines, vineyards, and wine making philosophies. • Introduce and sign customers up for our Wine Club (where you earn your best commissions!) • Manage your own sales, inventory and expenses. • Transport wine and supplies between our storage facilities and markets YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU: • Can connect and build relationships with people through engaging two-way dialogues. • Are comfortable inviting marketgoers into your booth and initiating conversation. • Are self-motivated and reliable without requiring constant supervision. WHAT YOU NEED: • Must be 21+ years old. • Reliable transportation that can fit a tent, table, and wine cases. • Physical ability to lift and carry 45+ lbs repeatedly. • Dependability – markets happen rain or shine. • Smartphone with AT&T or Verizon for payment processing. • Weekend availability. COMPENSATION: $200 base per market day + bonuses (50$-75$ per Wine Club sign up, 5$ per bottle > 24 sold). Vehicle wear and tear is .20 cents per mile, and we reimburse for bridge tolls/other on the job-related expenses.
