Well, I have decided to give this a try. I am a straight 60 plus Hispanic male that is looking for a roommate. I have a 3/2/2 brick home in La Marque with a large yard and plenty of off- street parking. The rent would be $500 a month with a $250 deposit. It would be only you and myself and you would have your own bathroom. I am open to female, male or possibly even a couple. Arrangement would be on a month-to-month basis. Plant and medical workers are welcome. The bedroom has a full-size bed with 2 nightstands and a dresser with a mirror. Wi-Fi and utilities are included. I am looking for someone that is very laid back that enjoys just chilling and watching TV. I guess that shows my age. You must have full-time employment outside the home. I am usually busy outside the home during the week daytime but take the weekends off. I am alcohol and 420 friendly, but please no alcoholics or addicts. I am also not comfortable with chain smokers.
