The bedroom can also fit a ‘work-at-home’ office and a king bed. - There are 2 year-round swimming pools with Jacuzzis and showers. - The pool closest is about 75 yards way, a 3 minute walk (and it is very little used) * Extremely quiet tree-lined, shaded neighborhood with no car noise, within walking distance of 3 shopping centers. Trader Joe's is 10 minutes. Flexible use: The parts we can share are LR, Kitchen, a Shelf Pantry beside kitchen, washer-dryer and the outside deck. But I'm open to any and all ideas. Always ample (free) offstreet parking. ** Come by. Photos don't capture how peaceful this neighborhood is. ** -- Countrybrook Condos is among the most tree-covered neighborhoods in central San Ramon. Close to Iron Horse Trail. -- The neighbors are cordial, quiet, peaceful and respectful Cost of Living * Countrybrook's rents have tended to be a tiny bit under market. * PGandE bills are a bit lower than average. The apt is well-insulated, faces north... * Keeps cool in summer. *During winter, heat rises from the first floor apartment. - Quiet: Landscaping power tools are used briefly just 2x week - Mailbox about 40 yards away within a locked enclosure and very secure. I’ve never lived in an apartment with such high quality management. They’re responsive and courteous.
