Beacon Hill's client, a leading provider of eDiscovery, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eDiscovery Analyst to be placed as a secondee. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with legal and technical teams on high-impact data collection and reporting initiatives. The eDiscovery Analyst will report to the Technical Analyst and a Senior Litigation Paralegal. Location: Remote (must reside in the Pacific Time Zone - Oregon, Washington, California, or Nevada) Start: December Duration: 6 months initially, with potential to extend Hours: Full-time hours Pay: $45-$55/hour, depending on experience Required Qualifications: Proven experience in eDiscovery or legal operations with a strong understanding of enterprise data systems. Hands-on experience with Google Vault, Box, Slack, and similar platforms for data collection. Solid grasp of the legal hold lifecycle, including documentation and compliance reporting. Proficiency in SQL scripting, with the ability to adapt queries based on request parameters and data structures. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Nice to Have: Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools. Key Responsibilities: Execute data collections from enterprise platforms, including Google Vault, Box, Slack, and other cloud-based systems. Support the legal hold process, including issuance, tracking, reporting, and release of holds. Develop and modify SQL scripts to extract data from client's internal platform, tailoring outputs to meet diverse legal and investigative requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. (Optional) Utilize Tableau to build dashboards and visualizations that enhance data interpretation and reporting.
