Must be able to run conduit, work with PVC, repair and replace electrical plugs, repair docks, operate submersible pumps, and a variety of other useful skills related to keeping a large private marina running smoothly. Must also be able to operate power and hand tools as necessary to get the job done. Fast problem solving skills are a must. Daily activities include, but are no limited to: Climbing ladders, changing light bulbs, painting, replacing electrical plugs and switches; repair and replacement of faucets, water pipes; extensive dock repairs; general facility repair and maintenance. Must be a detail oriented self starter who is able to problem solve and work well with others. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 or more years of general maintenance experience.
