Location: El Cajon, CA Key Duties: • Ensure that units are clean and in working order in preparation for new residents. • Perform various maintenance tasks to keep the property in optimal shape. • As needed, take care of drywall repairs and painting work. • As needed, fix or install sliding closet doors and doors. • Fix or replace fixtures throughout the complex. • Oversee plumbing maintenance, including caulking, brazing, and repairing toilets, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and snaking drains. • As needed, replace ceiling fans, outlets, and switches. We are actively hiring a Crew Lead for our seasonal lighting and decor team. This is not an entry-level position. You must have prior experience leading teams specifically in holiday lighting and decor installation. If you’ve managed crews installing professional-grade Christmas lights on rooftops, wrapped trees, read lighting diagrams, and dealt with clients or operations teams on-site, we want to hear from you. We are not looking for general labor or construction foremen — this role is for someone who has led holiday lighting projects before.
