Must be able to read/understand basic English as all job cards for machines are in English. Computer literacy a must. Previous CAD table or cutting machine experience strongly preferred. SUMMARY The Production Worker is responsible for all activities associated with helping on various machines and areas within the plant including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE • Helps / assists on various machine and areas within the plant • Cross-trains on other machines. • Switches duties with Assistant when necessary. • Reports all equipment deficiencies or malfunctions requiring maintenance or repair to the proper Supervisor. • Adheres to production schedule and communicates any unusual scheduling issues to supervisor. • Makes recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals. • Monitors orders throughout the production run. • Pulls samples as needed. • Follows first article processes as posted near machine. • Prints WIP(Work in Progress) and FG (Finished goods) load tags. • Ensures the compliance of safety guidelines. • Wears the proper safety equipment for the environment including safety glasses and steel toe shoes. • Keeps work areas neat and orderly, maintaining halls and floors free of slip and trip hazards, and removing of waste materials. • Maintains machine on a regular basis, dusting the top of the machine weekly. • Will stack or feed on machines from time to time or as needed • Performs other related duties as needed. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES • High School diploma/GED required • At least 2 years experience with Esko (Packaging and Display Industry experience is ideal). • Ability to understand software maintenance while continuously improving processes. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally. • Strong organizational & communication skills: Writing, Speaking • Ability to recommend and implement customer solutions to drive top and bottom-line improvement. • Ability to handle multiple projects within a fast pace work environment. • Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment. TECHNICAL SKILLS The individual must have a working knowledge of the following: 1. Read tape measure with speed and accuracy 2. Calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate 3. Apply concepts of high school math 4. Equipment design and capabilities that can be translated into efficient operation. 5. Product layouts and production specifications. 6. Meet Quality Standard

Role Overview We’re hiring an experienced Project Coordinator/Manager to keep projects moving on time, on budget, and up to our standards. You’ll be the connective tissue between sales, operations, subs, inspectors, and homeowners owning schedules, materials, inspections, and jobsite readiness. What You’ll Do (key responsibilities) Schedule projects & materials end-to-end; maintain look-ahead calendars and weekly work plans. Order materials (cabinets, counters, tile, flooring, plumbing, etc.); track lead times and delivery windows. Hire/onboard/offboard subs & crew as needed; enforce scope, quality, and safety expectations. Inspect jobsites regularly; verify install quality, cleanliness, and alignment to plans/specs. Campland on the Bay is a full-service, destination RV resort. Located in the Pacific Beach neighborhood of San Diego, we occupy 40 prime acres on Mission Bay just east of Crown Point. Our fast-casual Cantina provides breakfast, lunch and dinner to our patrons as well as serving alcohol. During the busy season, hours may be as much as 40/week; slow season varies based on how busy we are. Must be available to work weekend, evening and holiday shifts. Compensation is minimum wage plus tips with paid sick time, employee perks and the bar typically closing at 10 p.m. daily. Must be at least 21 years old and have current San Diego County Food Handler's card and the California Responsible Beverage Service certificate.
