Description and Qualifications: As a member of the production team, the lead will run a team of machine operators to bring parts into efficient production and meet our customers’ delivery demand. The lead will also serve as the section’s representative within the production environment, working with quality, engineering, planning and senior production management to achieve both the production schedule as well as applicable strategic corporate goals.
