Customer Expansion Manager (Tacoma)
Customer expansion manager Evergreen Home Exteriors is SEEKING: An intelligent, creative Individual for a High-Impact Growth Role. This position requires a person who is motivated to earn a high income. It is a position that is specifically designed for a person that understands that the value of their ideas and ability to execute them should determine the compensation they receive, not someone else’s idea of what they should make. The world is changing quickly, and the home improvement industry is no exception. We are looking for one exceptional individual who thinks like an entrepreneur but wants the security of working with an established business. This isn’t a typical job posting, because we’re not looking for a typical employee. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Entrepreneurial Mindset You don’t just show up and do tasks—you see opportunities. You think about how to make things better, more efficient, more profitable. You understand that your success and the company’s success are connected, and that excites you. • Driven by Results and Growth You’re not satisfied with “good enough.” You want to be the best at what you do, and you want to help others around you reach that same level. You measure success by results, not just effort. • Money Motivated Let’s be honest—you want to earn significantly more than the average person, and you’re willing to work for it. You understand that exceptional income comes from exceptional performance, and you’re ready for that challenge. • Unlimited Earning Potential Your income isn’t capped by an hourly wage or fixed salary. The more value you create, the more you earn. THE REALITY This role demands everything you’ve got. We’re looking for someone who sees that as an opportunity, not a burden. You’ll be working with a business owner who doesn’t accept second-best and expects the same commitment to excellence from everyone on the team. If you’re looking for a boss who’s just happy you showed up, this isn’t the right fit. Success here requires relentless execution, attention to detail, and the ability to see opportunities others miss. There are no participation trophies—every dollar you earn will be because you’ve created real value. WHO WE ARE Evergreen Home Exteriors is a home improvement and remodeling company founded in 2015. We began with vinyl window installations and, within three years, had added siding, roofing, and deck building—surpassing the $10 million annual revenue mark that only 1% of businesses ever achieve. Today, we’re the highest-volume deck builder in Washington state. We also provide full interior remodeling, as well as garage and DADU builds. IDEAL CANDIDATE • Experience in sales or customer service. • Track record of exceeding targets and driving results • Very Comfortable with technology and learning new systems • Home improvement industry experience helpful but not required • Understanding of AI and its expanding potential is required • Tech savvy. Personal Characteristics • Entrepreneurial mindset—you think like a business owner • Money-motivated—you want to earn significantly above average • Systems-oriented—you must understand the importance of and processes and structure. • High energy—you bring intensity and focus to everything you do • Leadership—youre driven to be the best regardless of what anyone around you is doing. You set your own pace based on your own goals. Non-Negotiables • Commitment to excellence in everything you do • Willingness to be held accountable to high standards • Alignment with performance-based success • Drive to continuously improve and grow DAY-TO-DAY JOB DESCRIPTION • Based in our Tacoma office • Hours: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday Oversight of the processes and procedures that control the customer experience and offering additional services, obtaining referrals and reviews. • Base Pay: A guaranteed salary of $80,000 -$90,000 per year + Significant bonus potential • Performance-Driven Upside: Immediately unlock an aggressive performance structure—every process you manage translates into additional monthly income. This is a clear and defined program that will be discussed at length in the interview. • Paid Monthly: All performance payouts are calculated and distributed on a monthly basis, so you see rewards right away. • Year-One Earning Potential: With strong performance, first-year total compensation is projected to exceed $170,000. Additional Benefits: • 401(k) with 3% company match. • Medical Coverage: NEXT STEPS If you’re reading this and thinking, “This sounds exactly like what I’ve been looking for,” then we want to talk to you.
