About the Role: We’re a family-oriented company looking for a dependable Tile Restoration Assistant who genuinely enjoys hands-on work and is seeking future growth opportunities within our company. This role is a combination of commission-based earning with the safety net of a daily guaranteed minimum ($100). It’s ideal for someone who wants consistent security while also being rewarded for performance and contribution. You’ll assist with tile and grout projects in homes and businesses — preparing job sites, mixing grout, cleaning, and supporting experienced technicians. This position involves handling all aspects of inbound and outbound shipments, product storage, quality control, loading and unloading, and occasional inventory management.
