Los Angeles apartment complex needs an on-site manager. You will be responsible for showing units, meeting vendors, dealing with tenants, and keeping an eye out. This is for a 1 Bedroom unit.

1099 INDPENDENT CONTRACTOR (IC) We are currently seeking drivers with their Own SMALL Open Bed Pickup Truck to deliver Truck Parts to customers in the LA Metro area. FULL TIME POSITION ONLY! Experience and Position Requirements • At least 1-3+ years’ experience in collections (preferred in the auto finance industry) • Must be able to work in a high-volume environment with the ability to multitask. • Outstanding attendance record • Must have people, discretion, persuasion, and time management skills. • Working knowledge of internet and skip tracing applications (TLO, idicore, etc.) • High School Diploma Preferred Skills • Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) • Experience w/ OMEGA, RDN, and GPS tracking companies a plus • Extensive experience in the auto finance industry.

Sandwich Maker / Retail Associate Responsibilities: -Prepare and serve high-quality food for takeout customers in a fast-paced open kitchen environment. -Interact with customers to ensure a positive customer experience. -Maintain good sanitation habits and ensure cleanliness in the kitchen. -Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. -Adhere to all health and safety regulations. -Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. -Contribute to menu planning and development. -Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.

We have cleaning position at Food Lion, evening shifts It's a part time 1099 position. Moping, using a washing machine and buffer machine, no restroom cleaning. Store has one service in a day, 5 services a week. Thursday and Sunday off. pay is $40 per service, service takes about 1 30 hours.
