This position is to provide outstanding technical support for Booklog software and various interfaces along with onboarding of new customers, testing of software and training on usage of software. We will be hosting a few VIP private sector clients who will need logistics handled and their speaking engagements coordinated. We will also need you to keep track of RSVPs by creating an excel sheet and answer inquiries.
