The Nile of Hyde Park is a full service Middle Eastern bistro. We are a scratch kitchen and are looking for a prep cook to chop vegetables, clean meats, make salads, and help with all other aspects of the prep area in the kitchen. Restaurant experience and strong knife skills are required.

Details: • 5-6 days a week • Times of shifts range from 5/6pm - 9pm • Hours per week are flexible Essential Functions/Requirements include (but not limited to): • Rotating produce to ensure that fresh fruits & vegetables are available for customers. • Packaging items. • Walking in and out of coolers to get produce to put into the store. • Stock produce aisle with new produce that arrives. • Maintain a clean workspace. • Good work ethic. Assists with Barista duties as directed. Teamwork, organization and good awareness are necessary for success in this position.
