Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the phone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm. 2. The Servers need to be able to work in a high-paced environment, learn and understand a diverse menu, and have a basic understanding of liquor, beer, and wine.
