




Sales Coordinator /Customer service for Luxury Goods Industry One of the most well known group in manufacturing and selling luxury products for home Design is looking to hire ad soon as possible a Sales Coordinator/Customer Servicefor its US Branch in Manhattan We are looking for a candidate with several years experience in sales and customer relations, energic, with enthusiasm , drive, curiosity completely “engaged” in the business, interested and interesting, able to work independently with an opened mind and a great personality MISSION • Analyze and follow up backorders with France. • Study reports sent by France to determine backorder status. • Place Special orders with France and orders for new collections. • Check production report sent weekly to ensure orders have been added to the production schedule. • Product knowledge. Training will be provided. Become familiar with Company website, catalogs and brochures. • Department stores knowledge: Learn how to read reports and to utilize information provided to update in-house sales reports, especially the Retail Dashboard. • Birchstreet platform knowledge. Training will be provided. How to update pricing and add items to platform’s inventory. • Customization. Training will be provided. Learn how to send requests to France for new projects and obtain pricing. • SouthWare platform knowledge. Training will be provided. KNOWLEDGE OF FRENCH will be a plus COMPENSATION: up to 75K yearly salary plus excellent benefit package and possible bonus based on results
