Main job requirements are as follows: Must have at least 2 year’s experience serving in a high volume setting and some basic bartending skills. Able to work Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, holidays, Christmas Day and game days. Must be 21 or older, have a valid OLCC and FH card, reliable transportation and open availability. Have a solid knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, all alcohols and how to provide full table service.
