Dispatcher Responsibilities; Coordination of drivers, vehicles and routes to provide responsive service to our customers according to customer requests, specifications, or needs Communicate with customers about future projects and availability of resources Daily collaboration with Dispatch Manager to effectively utilize capacity of fleet resources Ensures fleet safety and compliance complies with federal, state and local government rules and regulations pertinent to FMCSA guidelines Record Keeping and maintenance of organized and legible records Other duties as assigned by Management Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ dispatch experience in the trucking/construction industry Valid driver's license Must have steady current work history Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background and records check Communication Skills- You will be listening and speaking to people by phone. Your ability to listen, speak plainly and communicate effectively will be necessary.
