JD Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Medical Device Software Verification Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying software used in our medical devices and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements. This role involves designing, implementing, and executing test plans and procedures to identify and document software defects. Key Responsibilities • Test Planning and Design • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and design specifications. • Ensure test plans cover all functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, reliability, and security. Test Execution • Execute manual and automated tests to identify software application defects. • Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes. • Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues not identified by formal test cases. Documentation and Reporting • Document test results, including detailed descriptions of defects and steps to reproduce them. • Generate and maintain test reports, defect logs, and other documentation required for regulatory compliance. • Communicate test outcomes and defect status to development teams and management. Collaboration • Work closely with software developers, and systems engineers, to understand software requirements and functionality. • Compliance and Standards • Ensure testing activities comply with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304). • Stay updated with industry best practices and evolving regulatory requirements for medical device software. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Experience • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in the medical device industry. • Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., ClearQuest, Jama). • Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines for medical devices (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, IEC 62304). Skills and Competencies • Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) for test automation.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Complete various testing tasks in the R&D center and collect testing data; 2. Complete sample testing of company raw materials and compare them with the qualified data requirements of the company; 3. Cooperate with superiors to analyze test results and provide reference suggestions 4. Participate in the development, validation, and execution of testing methods for relevant products; 5. Assist in preserving all test records, reports, and other process technical documents, etc; 6. Participate in the formulation and implementation of experimental plans related to the project, and complete experimental tasks on time; 7. Complete the maintenance and upkeep of the instruments and equipment under your jurisdiction; 8. Complete daily hygiene and cleaning of the assigned area, and comply with the management requirements of 5S management; 9. Comply with relevant national and company safety production laws and regulations, and conscientiously implement various management requirements; 10. Complete other work tasks assigned by the leader. • Develop and implement UAT test strategies, plans, and test cases for the Majesco platform. • Collaborate with business users, business analysts, and development teams to understand requirements and define test scope. • Lead the UAT Test team in executing business test cases and verify results with business sponsors and business team. • Ensure all test cases are executed, and defects are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner. • Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts based on project timelines and requirements. • Identify opportunities for test automation and drive the implementation of automation frameworks. • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensure that the automation scripts are maintained and updated regularly. • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and support. • Allocate tasks and resources effectively to ensure project deadlines are met. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals. • Communicate test results, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively. • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Leverage deep knowledge of the Majesco platform to ensure test coverage and quality. • Provide subject matter expertise on Majesco-specific testing challenges and best practices. • Stay updated with the latest Majesco product updates and releases to ensure alignment with testing activities. • 6 to 9 years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years of experience working with the Majesco platform. • Proven experience in leading QA and UAT teams and managing testing projects from start to finish. • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, JUnit) and frameworks. • Proficient in writing SQL queries for database validation. • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured. • In-depth understanding of the insurance domain, particularly property and casualty (P&C) insurance. • Experience with Majesco\'s core insurance platform, including policy, billing, and claims modules. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Job Title : QA Analyst (Release Management) Location : Washington, DC Type : Long Term Rate - $Open (Best Possible) Job Responsibilities – Coordinate builds and testing of releases. Coordinate the scheduling and roll out of releases. Provide communication and information, including relevant release documentation, as required.
