Works closely with Controller to establish, implement and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. 3. Experience in Priority Troubleshooting with the ability to communicate properly with all the people involved especially with the Controller 4. Issue timely, accurate and complete financial statements and analysis for their departments 5. Evaluate existing accounting systems and processes and implement changes to create efficiencies. 6. Assist senior management and product team on management and control of their departments 7. A team player that learns the paper flow of the phases and stages of their department.
