N-Hance is an innovative and affordable cabinet and floor renewal service that refinishes wood cabinets and floors without the dust, inconvenience and noxious fumes associated with traditional refinishing methods.We are growing and looking for an individual to fill a full-time position of Cabinet Painter and Wood Refinishing Technician. This is year-round, consistent work. As a Technician, you will be responsible for: - Masking and cleaning cabinet doors and drawers both in the shop and in Customers' homes - Use HVLP and airless equipment to spray our coatings - Transporting cabinet doors and drawers - Installing and adjusting cabinet hinges - Installing and adjusting drawer box glides - Cleaning and sanding frames - Maintaining and cleaning tools - Using waterborne and shellac based paints and stains To qualify for this position you must have: - Previous experience masking, painting, staining and/or spraying cabinets (required) - Previous experience installing/adjusting door hinges and drawer box glides (highly desired) - High attention to detail - A valid driver’s license, insurance and vehicle - Clean driving record - Willingness to take something old and make it look brand new again
