We are seeking hardworking and skilled commercial painters to join our team for a seasonal full-time position, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and project needs. Position Overview: This position is ideal for experienced commercial painters looking for consistent work with a reputable company. You will be responsible for interior and exterior painting on commercial projects, working efficiently while maintaining high-quality results. Responsibilities: • Prepare surfaces (clean, sand, patch, and prime) for painting. • Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers. • Follow company procedures to ensure a smooth and lasting finish. • Maintain a clean and organized worksite. • Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company guidelines. • Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality expectations. Requirements: • Minimum 2+ years of commercial painting experience (HOA, multifamily, new construction, or commercial repaint preferred). • Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding as required. • Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team. • Familiarity with airless sprayers, brushes, and rollers. • Reliable transportation to job sites in the Denver Metro area. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. • Must provide proof of I-9 eligibility to work in the U.S. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly Pay: $22 - $28 per hour (based on experience). • Steady full-time seasonal work with the opportunity for a permanent position. • Weekly pay schedule.
