You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain PV panels, inverters, and battery systems to keep installations running at peak performance. What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot and repair solar PV systems and electrical components Maintain and test inverters, panels, and monitoring equipment Install or service Tesla Powerwalls and other battery systems Handle preventive maintenance and performance checks Work safely on rooftops and in various field conditions What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of solar service experience Tesla battery experience required Strong electrical and troubleshooting background Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and confined spaces Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
