We’re a high-volume apparel printing company looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Production Specialist to bridge the gap between customer service and production art. If you’re organized, like working with both people and design files, and don’t mind juggling a few hats, this might be for you. What You’ll Do Customer Service / Order Support (30%) Act as the go-to liaison between our office and the production floor Help customers with proofs, orders, questions, and job status. Spot and solve problems when artwork or decoration doesn’t fit a fabric Close out client issues and assist with reporting customer satisfaction Backup support for the office manager Production Artist (60%) Create accurate client art proofs, film, and production-ready layouts. Ensure all files meet client standards and production requirements. Troubleshoot design accuracy during printing/embroidery stages Prep and preflight artwork for efficient production Communicate with clients and production teams to hit deadlines. Suggest and implement process improvements.
