Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in homes, retail stores, apartments, and condos. Work with wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in properties. Upgrade electrical panels and systems for energy efficiency. Proper installation of lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
