Hello I am Looking to hire one or two drivers for my company. Our insurance requires all our drivers have a minimum of 3 years class A commercial driving experience. There are two positions open: Route #1: Los Angles to Kansas (Various Cities) For this route I am looking for someone based along I-10 or I-40 in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma or Kansas. Route #2 Los Angles to Seattle. This position can be based out of your location along Interstate 5 between Los Angeles and Seattle. Looking for driver in California, Oregon or Washington. Route #3 Los Angles to Denver, CO. This is the same run every week. The schedule is very flexible so it will be possible for you to reset at home each week and should be able to schedule it to be on the weekend most weeks. Looking for someone who lives close to Interstate between the locations. We will find a place for you to store the tractor and trailer so you can reset at home each week. Example: If you live in Portland, you would start at home then drive to Seattle to pick up your load and then deliver your load back to our facility in Los Angeles. Then you would take a load back to the Portland area and reset. After reset you would repeat the same route. If you want some variety, we can mix in some runs to the Midwest. This is same run each week, very consistent. We are delivering our own product so you will not get stuck waiting for a back haul. If we don’t have a back haul ready, you drive back empty. I don't run the trucking company to make money. I run it to provide safe and consistent delivery for my products and because of this I do things a little different than most OTR companies. Most important, I pay by the hour with overtime after 8 hours. You get paid weekly. Depending on your years of experience annual pay $75,000 to $90,000. That does not include any of the benefits compensation. It is your actual take home wages. I want my drivers to drive slow and safe and have plenty of time to care for their equipment. No need to stress out. If you’re stuck waiting at the cold storage, no worries put your feet up and relax because you’re getting paid by the hour. Trailer breaks down in the middle of nowhere and you have to wait for the repair tech, no worries put your feet up and relax because you’re getting paid by the hour. Also, I pay for a hotel room every night you’re on the road. If you really want to you can sleep in the sleeper but I find drivers perform better when they’re well rested and therefore safer when staying in a hotel each night. I also pay for one meal per day when overnight on the road. Drivers get a company credit card and an ATM card for cash so if anything happens on the road you can get it taken care of right away and no waiting for authorization from dispatch or ComChecks. I trust you, just get it done. I pay for all your supplies: gloves, phone cables, headsets, tools, vests, boots, and anything you need to do the job safer. Anything you need to be safe and effective on the road I will pay for. Because we are a smaller company you have direct access to me, the owner. If you have any issues, you can call my cell phone 24/7 and not a dispatch who doesn’t have any answers. We drive 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia’s with auto transmission. If you last a couple years I’ll let you drive whatever you want. This is a really good opportunity. Plenty of time off and flexibility in your schedule.
