She’s been living in the unit for 5 months. We asked that shared area meaning kitchen and living room is always clean for other tenants sake. No smoking in the unit. Pets are ok but you will have an additional security deposit fee for all animals. (50.00) security deposit is initially 250.00 and holds the unit for 30 days till tenant is move in ready.
