Ski lease available in the Lake Tahoe area. It's on the lake (with nice views), about 10 minutes to Tahoe City and 25 minutes to Palisades. A very short walk to Tahoma Market and The Dog and Bear. It has four bedrooms (two with king size beds, one queen bed and a "bunk" room with two queens and a twin). Two bathrooms. It's available for four months, December 1- March 31. This includes Christmas and New Years! It's old school Tahoe decor but clean and functional. Room for four cars to park in the driveway. We are asking $4k/month which includes garbage and snow plowing (but not gas/electric)
