You’ll be just a few steps from a heated 36-foot lap pool, comfortable from March through November. Mornings start with fresh air and birdsong; evenings end with wide views and sunsets from the deck. Included utilities: electricity, water, trash, Wi-Fi, gardener, and pool service — everything is covered. TV with streaming services (Netflix, MLB, etc.) is ready to go. The interior is bright and open, with modern furnishings, wood floors, and mid-century details. A full kitchen, washer/dryer (good for small to medium loads), and plenty of storage make daily life easy. Outside, there are covered sitting areas, fruit trees (oranges, mandarins, avocados when in season), and space for a bike. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly — four homes sharing eight acres on a private drive, where everyone looks out for one another. The pool is shared occasionally, usually a few hours a week in the afternoon, with the main house family.
