We are T-shirt printing/DTF business located in Schaumburg, IL. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented T-Shirt Press Operator to join our DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing team. Responsibilities: • Operate heat press and DTF printing equipment • Prepare and press transfers on T-shirts and other garments • Inspect quality and ensure orders are completed accurately • Maintain a clean and organized workspace **Requirements:** • Experience with DTF or screen printing preferred, but not required — training provided • Ability to stand for extended periods • Attention to detail and reliability are a must • Basic English helpful • This position is suitable for women who are detail-oriented and enjoy light production work.
