Learn more about our mission, culture, and team: EngFlow | Video We’re looking for an Implementation Engineer to be the technical voice our customers rely on. You’ll support engineering teams during trials and ongoing use, help them integrate and optimize their build workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a world-class experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for trialing, new, and existing customers—offering guidance as they adopt and scale our platform. Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex issues with build systems, integrations, and environments. Help customers optimize their use of EngFlow’s products and ensure smooth adoption within their developer workflows. Partner with Engineering to surface and track product bugs, performance regressions, and feature feedback from the field. Create and maintain internal and external documentation to improve future support and empower developers. Engage with the broader community via forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences—representing EngFlow’s voice with empathy and technical clarity. Contribute to a culture of operational excellence through metrics, tooling improvements, and automation. Requirements 3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles. Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems (experience with Bazel or Buck/Buck2 is a big plus). Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript). Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment with experience in tools like Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes. Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift). Great communicator—able to explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing and on calls. Experience writing or contributing to technical documentation or internal knowledge bases. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping engineers solve tough problems. Bonus: experience working with async communication and distributed teams. The Building Engineering Division at LaBella provides complete building engineering services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering. This position will work closely under the supervision of a Senior Structural Engineer to develop concepts, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications and reports.
