Pre-Litigation Case Assistant | Personal Injury Jalilvand Law Corporation (JLC) Compensation: $22 to $26 per hour | Employment Type: Full-Time / On-Site Jalilvand Law Corporation (JLC) is excited to announce an immediate opening for a motivated Pre-Litigation Case Assistant to join our dynamic firm in Beverly Hills, CA. We are looking for team players who demonstrate initiative and embody a mindset of personal accountability. Fluency in oral and written Spanish is a preferred qualification for this position. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of recent personal injury law experience Proficiency in Filevine, Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong grammar and communication skills. Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a proactive “can-do” attitude. Able to receive and implement constructive criticism. Team player with the ability to take direction. Fluency in oral and written Spanish is a plus! Responsibilities: Assist in locating and retrieving files as requested by management Work with Case Manager & Supervising Attorney to resolve property damage claims File SR-1 and SR-19 as needed Provide coverage when PI Case Managers are out on vacation or as needed Request & organize medical and billing records Open claims with Medi-Cal, Medicare and other lien holders Open Private health insurance claims on behalf of clients, oversee the process and handle related correspondence accordingly Request traffic collision reports from various law enforcement agencies Assist Case manager with client communication as needed regarding appointments and work with clients to provide required documents on files as required by the Attorney.
