Job description Job Title: Project Manager / Estimator – Electrical (Commercial & Industrial) ** MUST HAVE FEILD EXPERIANCE ** Location: Stockton, CA 95215 Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed) About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced electrician who is ready to hang up the tools and transition into a Project Manager/Estimator role within our growing electrical team. This position is ideal for someone with 10+ years of commercial and industrial electrical experience, who understands the field inside and out, and now wants to lead, manage, and support job sites from a project management perspective. What You’ll Do: Assist in managing multiple commercial/industrial electrical projects from start to finish Learn and support estimating processes for new bids and proposals Provide on-site support and guidance to electricians to ensure quality and productivity Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Monitor schedules, materials, and budgets Help identify project risks and proactively solve issues Occasionally respond to emergency project needs on weekends if necessary What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial and/or industrial environments (Journeyman Electrician) Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and jobsite safety standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills Willingness to be trained in project management and electrical estimating Comfortable using or learning project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Why Join Us: Hands-on training and mentoring into a full-time Project Manager/Estimator position Opportunity to grow Work Monday through Friday with a consistent schedule Occasional overtime or weekend work for emergencies – paid accordingly Positive, team-oriented work environment Benefits Local Work Company Vehicle & Gas Card !
