About the Position We are only hiring experienced marine technicians. Please do not apply if you do not have direct experience working on boats. As part of our skilled service team, you’ll work in a supportive, professional environment that values quality workmanship and rewards productivity. Our facility is designed to help you succeed: Each technician has a 14' x 48' dedicated service bay — customize it to make it your own. You’ll work with premium brands, including Nautique, Cobalt, and Harris. Engine packages include PCM, Volvo Penta, MerCruiser, and Mercury — certifications in these brands are a major plus!
