We are seeking skilled and reliable independent contractors to perform maintenance and repair tasks in apartments across the Continental United States. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential properties. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks such as: - Plumbing: replacing faucets, fixing leaks, minor plumbing repairs. - Electrical: replacing outlets, securing loose wires, minor electrical repairs. - Drywall repair. - Painting. - Carpentry: installing cabinets, repairing windows and doors, other minor carpentry work and repairs. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. - Other maintenance and repair tasks as assigned. Requirements: - Prior experience in maintenance or related field preferred. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of REAC/NSPIRE protocols is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates. - Must be willing to travel throughout the Continental United States. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred but not required.
