Requirements/Experience: - Bi-lingual - Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and components. - Strong leadership skills. - GRIT, with the ability to continuously look for solutions, rather than constantly present problems. - Self-starter. (Someone who doesn’t need to be told what to do, in order to take initiative.) - Proven sales experience. - Proven single ply, mod-bit, and BUR experience. - Insurance experience. (Not necessary, but recommended.) For the right candidate, there will be ownership options. This is a 1099 commission based opportunity, with the option to become a full time W2 employee (+ commission), by August 2026.
