




Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Interacting with customers – walk-ins, phone & email • Processing parts orders placed online and by phone • Logging and processing completed work orders • Notifying customers about the status of their equipment and orders • Inventory control – ordering and receiving parts • Light shipping – outgoing • Social media – Q & A Qualifications: • Computer literate – Internet, Microsoft Office • Very detail oriented • Communication and customer relations skills • Bookkeeping skills a major plus • Fishing and fishing reel experience a plus • English required; Spanish a plus • HS diploma & legal resident required • Veterans, retirees welcome
