You will help bridge our services and support to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they feel heard, valued and supported. Position Summary: You will serve as a friendly, professional and knowledgeable point of contact for our customers, while also spearheading community outreach efforts to build connections within the Latino community. This dual role combines high-level customer service / with empathy, cultural fluency and community engagement.
