Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area and cashier station. Supervise staff as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about services offered. Upsell additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist with merchandising and stocking of retail items in the store. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, demonstrating phone etiquette when necessary. Requirements Previous experience in a retail environment or grocery store preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills. Experience with POS systems is highly desirable.
