We’re beginning our search for an experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of our small, family-owned pizzeria. We’re not in a rush — the right fit matters most. This store is 99% carry out. No Individual deliveries. Utilize Door Dash, Uber and Grubhub. Small Amount of Catering each week As the owner, I’m looking to transition day-to-day management to a qualified leader who can oversee staff, maintain our high standards for food quality and service, and help rebuild our operations for long-term success. Our pizzeria is open 7 days a week, and this role will be hands-on and community-focused. I plan to stay involved in payroll, marketing, and accounting, while giving the new General Manager full authority over hiring, training, scheduling, and maintaining consistency in every aspect of operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a thriving neighborhood restaurant — and for the right person, there could be a path to eventual ownership or purchase within 3–5 years. What We’re Looking For: Previous high-level management experience in a busy pizzeria is required Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Total flexibility with scheduling — must be willing to work the hours necessary to successfully operate the business Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Commitment to quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction Ability to recruit, train, and retain top-performing staff Hands-on, problem-solving approach to daily operations If you’re ready to help rebuild, lead, and grow a local favorite — while working directly with ownership — we’d love to start a conversation. Salary up to $55,000 plus a very aggressive bonus program that is based on Sales Growth, Prime Cost and Social Reputaion.
