





Guardian has an immediate need for a Executive Director to join our experienced and committed team at Windsor Square! Windsor Square is a Senior Living community in Marysville, WA with 95 units. Position Summary This position requires general knowledge of all property management duties and operations for a senior living community. An Executive Director’s primary role is to ensure that their property meets all ownership goals and objectives, to enforce Guardian Management policies and procedures, and to adhere to Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws at all times. An Executive Director is responsible for supervision of other property staff and vendors to provide outstanding customer service to the residents, maintain excellent curb appeal, provide well-timed and proactive property maintenance, to ensure excellent and relevant services to residents, to safeguard the good financial health and stability of the property, to confirm timely compliance with all government and property program requirements, and to complete all required paperwork and reports on time. Schedule: 40 hours / week Compensation: $90K / salary + benefits! Qualification Requirements The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree preferably in health or social service or related field, or equivalent work experience. At least one year of experience managing a senior living facility or a facility in a related field. At least one year of experience working in the specific property program in place at the property (such as HUD, RD, or Tax Credit). Demonstrated ability to appropriately delegate responsibility with necessary authority without relinquishing overall responsibility and accountability for the delegated tasks. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong mathematical skills and basic understanding of property budgets and financial accounting. Ability to speak, read and write in English. Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner; both verbally and in writing. Able to complete company training requirements for this position within pre-determined deadlines and attend other training sessions as required.
