We're looking for shift leads / baristas to join our team in the Midway District area in San Diego. What You'll Do: Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment. Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee drinks. Train and develop new baristas to uphold our quality and service standards. Monitor stock levels and handle inventory control efficiently. What We're Looking For: A positive attitude and passion for coffee and people. Strong leadership and communication skills Attention to detail, with a proactive approach are essential for success in this role. Experience in making espresso and specialty coffee drinks. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Open Availability, must be able to work mornings, weekends and holidays as needed.
