Job Title: STR (Airbnb) Housekeeper Compensation: $22-25/hour Employment Type: Part-Time Location: Ashland and Medford We’re a boutique property management company specializing in Airbnbs and short-term rentals in Ashland and Medford. We just took on 5 new units under management so we’re looking to add 1-2 dependable, detail-oriented, team playing cleaners to our small but mighty team. What You’ll Be Doing: -Turnover cleanings between 11am and 4pm -Same-day cleanings (guest checks out at 11, new guest checks in at 4) -Occasional last-minute jobs (today/tomorrow) -Stripping beds, washing/drying/folding linens and towels (stain removal) -Following detailed checklists and uploading quick video walkthroughs What We’re Looking For: -STR/Airbnb or hotel cleaning experience preferred, but not required -Honest, dependable, hardworking, and a team player -Willing to grow with us long-term -Comfortable with tech or willing to learn (photo/video uploads/ checklists) -Able to lift 50 lbs -Must pass background check -Sunday and Monday availability is a plus (those are our busiest days) -Our properties are smoke free environments for odor and cleanliness reasons Why Join Us? -Consistent part-time work 10-15 hours a week -Clear communication and systems -Great small but mighty team that works well together -Room to grow as we scale for the right person Ready to Apply?
