Part Time Administrative Asst. & Pool/Spa/BBQ Cleaner Kihei Location An Association of Apartment Owners in Kihei is seeking a Part Time Administrative Asst. & Pool/Spa/BBQ Cleaner Duties Administrative: You will support the Site Manager with administrative duties such as answering phones and assisting owners/residents. Order supplies, filing, process invoices and assist with maintaining the data bases for different registrations, policies and procedures. Assists in House rule Violations and ESA and other processes. Assist in coordination of regular maintenance projects and special projects. Support Board of Directors. Other Duties as assigned. Duties Pool/Spa/BBQ: Cleans Saltwater Pool & Spa; Cleans and Turns on Gas BBQ’s (Sat/Sun) Drive Maintenance Carts as needed Essential Duties: Provides office presence in the absence of the Site Manager Skills: 1. People Skills – Professional, Polite, and Attentive 2. Organized and Multitasker – Accurate 3. Must Be Certified Pool and Spa Operator Course within 30 days of start date.
